Return Process

  Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
